Question words and review of community

  • Students will be able to ask and answer a variety of questions in complete sentences. These questions will directly relate to “The Community” unit taught the previous school year.

  • Students will be able to orally recall and identify all body parts in the target language. They will also be able to actively express various health related symptoms and nuances.

Daily Chores & Activities

  • Students will be able to express daily activities that they complete in the household. In addition, they will learn a variety of reflexive verbs and how to properly conjugate these verbs.

Travel Preparations

  • Students will learn how to express the procedures for going on a trip. This includes vocabulary related to preparing, traveling through the airport, and vacationing.

Summertime Activities

  • As a final unit, students will be able to express summer past times and activities in the target language. They will learn appropriate verbs related to this topic.
