The Long Beach Public Schools’ Pre-K teachers at Lido created a virtual Museum of Learning Activities that showcases students’ stellar growth this school year. The museum features a variety of subject areas with spotlights on reading and writing, shapes and patterns, science explorations and much more. Exhibit themes include dinosaurs, space, fairy tales, emotions, castles and Ancient Egypt. The virtual rooms display student’s art projects, activity sheets, stories, handmade books and overall knowledge in the content areas. They also provided links to staff members’ read aloud of books related to the featured topics.
