Long Beach Middle School Unites Against Bullying

Students and staff at Long Beach Middle School in Long Beach celebrated Unity Day on Oct. 21, a national event dedicated to promoting kindness, acceptance and inclusion while raising awareness about bullying prevention.

Members of the school community proudly wore orange, the color symbolizing unity and safety, to send a powerful message about the importance of building a supportive community.  Students signed a pledge during their lunch period to stand together against bullying.
