LBHS Students Meet College Reps

Each fall, the Long Beach High School Counseling Department welcomes representatives from more than 30 colleges and universities to meet with students in grades 11 and 12. These informative sessions give students valuable opportunities to explore a range of colleges, ask questions, gain insight into the admissions process, and build meaningful connections with college representatives, some of whom may ultimately review their applications.
This year, some of those colleges will include: CUNY John Jay, College of Charleston, Davidson College, Five Towns College, Iona University, Ithaca College, Mercy University, Monmouth University, Mount Saint Mary College, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Penn State University, University of Tampa, University of Vermont, Virginia Tech, Wagner College, Eastern Connecticut State University, George Washington University, High Point University, James Madison University, Rochester Institute of Technology, and University of Connecticut–Storrs.
These visits help students make informed decisions as they navigate their college search and plan for the future.
