Phase 3A-1 - Lido Complex [LCX]

Project Phase Description (Phase 3A-1):
• LCX play area improvements, including track and field, grandstand bleachers & press box

Current Project Stage: Bidding [April – May 2010]
• Analyzing bids and reviewing scope of work with apparent lowest bidder

Subsequent Project Stage: Construction [June – September 2010]

Phase 2B & 3A-2 - East Elementary School [EES] & West Elementary School [WES]

(combined for bidding efficiency)

Project Phase Description (Phase 2B):
• East Elementary School [EES] exterior masonry repairs, select window replacement, roof replacement, select restroom renovations, elevator addition, entry ramp reconstruction, and minor mechanical work
• West Elementary School [WES] exterior masonry repairs, and boiler room air vent installation

Project Phase Description (Phase 3A-2):
• WES mechanical upgrades, restroom renovations, phone and public address system upgrades, door replacement as well as ADA compliance upgrades including signage, ramps and railings
• LES ventilation improvements, emergency lighting, security improvements, interior door replacement, restroom renovations, phone and public address system upgrades, door replacement as well as additional ADA compliance upgrades
